Unique sequencing process requires customized analysis pipeline

Sequencing Platform. a) Wafer surface patterned at micron resolution to allow binding and sequencing of billions of clonally amplified sequencing beads; b) Open fluidics systems allows (i) dispensing of reagents from dedicated nozzles near the center of the rotating wafer to distribute reagents by centrifugal force and (ii) optical measurement of the entire wafer surface in one continuous step; c) chemistry cycle includes addition of one type of mostly-natural nucleotide mix at a time (dA, dC, dG or dT) followed by imaging and cleavage of the sparse labels;
